I found the check-in process was fast. The reception staff member was helpful. The multiple pools were lovely. It was very easy to move around the city as the metro station was close by.
The breakfast areas can get crowded.

Really good Stay with Great Service!

The hotel upgraded our room to a Loft. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a good view. Access to a convenient laundry room was available on our floor. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with varied options.
The hotel provided a limited number of water bottles per day. Only four bottles were allowed.

fantastic room comfortable facilities excellent services
the facilities were very comfortable. the club lounge services were excellent!
I found some of the surfaces looked a bit cheap. They seemed to try to make it look upscale when it really was not.

the breakfast included a good spread. the food was AMAZING!!! there were also restos catering to different preferences. i also enjoyed the Peranakan buffet lunchwith classic dishes prepared with rich flavours.

the pool on the sixth floor had plenty of sun loungers. the mrt station was very close to the hotel. i noticed universal power outlets compatible with european plugs, useful for international travelers.

the staff were consistently polite and helpful. the reception staff were very attentive. the housekeeping staff ensured my room was stocked based on my preferences. it was superb service!!!

Really good Stay, Highly Recommend!

I was impressed by the efficient check-in process. Sella and her manager Sri provided us with early check-in and a free upgrade because our room category was full. The housekeeping staff offered super efficient service. They ensured proper turn-down service.
The hotel does not provide complimentary water bottles in the rooms. I found this quite inconvenient.

The split-level loft apartment was fantastic. It featured a comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. I also had access to a convenient laundry room on my floor. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a good view.

The hotel is next to an MRT stop, made traveling easy. Little India is within walking distance. The temperature and humidity in the area, were manageable for exploring downtown.

Breakfast had many tasty options to choose from, and I found the staff very helpful with my tourist queries. The hotel has excellent onsite parking. 7-11 Is right next door within the building complex. A large medical center is also easily accessible.

smooth check-in early check-in free upgrade in-room dining afternoon absence
The check-in was very smooth. Sella at the front office and her manager Sri showed compassion. I was tired from a red eye flight, and they gave me early check in with a free upgrade as my room category was fully booked.
I had a problem with in-room dining. The hotel does not offer any in-room dining from 9 PM to 12 PM the next afternoon. I have never been to a 5-star hotel without 24-hour in-room dining before.
